How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order with the corresponding carrier. If you do not have one, you may email theadultbedroom@hotmail.com to receive your tracking number.

Will there be anything on the package that indicates your website name or could indicate the nature of my purchase or the company that I have purchased from?
NO. We ship all items in discreet, plain cardboard boxes with a return address and company name that in no way indicates anything related to sex toys.
Do you sell or share information about your customers with other companies?
WE DO NOT share information about our customers with any other company.

How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, you can not. Our system works in such a way, that it begins to carry out the order immediately and automatically. The system was built so in order to fulfill your requirements as fast as possible. That's why try to assure that you do want to purchase the certain device before making an order.
If I’m interested in a product you don’t carry, can I tell you about it?
